Conditions of competition:

Each person, firm or self-employed person (generally tipster) who completely filled the

kompletně registration form and registered for FREE is automatically put on the list of participants of the whole-year competition with ADOMUS.

Who wins the competition:

The stay for two persons can be won by each tipster who gathers on his punctual account more than 250 personal points from 1 January until 31 December 2012. Points can be obtained after realization of your tip, i.e. after sale or rent of property. The readout of your points you can find on our internal web page under the link Login for tipsters - on top of the right side.

How to sum the points:

Example 1:

Your TIP on sale of property for 2.000.000 CZK. Commission 5% for Adomus = 100.000 CZK divided by 1000 = 100 personal points. Your commission from 7.000 to 10.000 CZK.

Example 2:

Your TIP on sale of property for 5.000.000 CZK. Commission 5% for Adomus = 250.000 CZK divided by 1000 = 250 personal points. Your commission from 17.500 to 25.000 CZK.

The win is set only for the winner (i.e. it is ot transferable on third person). There is no legal claim on the win.
