Recommend - Earn: simply in 5 steps:

1. You personally or a friend of yours sells or rents a flat, house, weekend cottage, plot or another property.
2. Register by the ADOMUS estate agency and send us recommendation, so-called TIP.
3. You send us message (with name of the selling person and his/her contact) on number +420 773 528 528 or contact us.
4. Our broker concludes with you or your (selling) friend an agreement concerning mediation of sale or lease of house.
5. In the moment of sale or lease of the property tipped by yourself, you get from 7 to 10 % of our commission as a remuneration.

   Example: Your neighbour is moving and sells her flat for 2.000.000 CZK. After the sale, we send on your account commission from 7.000 to 10.000 CZK

Recommend - Earn: detailed instruction

1. Simply fill the registration form (choose if you are natural body or company, self-employed person etc...)
2. You personally or your friend or relatives want to sell or let a property in the Czech Republic (flat, house, villa, garden, plot, weekend cottage, offices, restaurant, commercial rooms etc.)
3. Give us recommendation – TIP. Send us a massage or contact us. You will give us only the phone number  and surname of owner of the property put up for sale or rent and mention your ID = identification code sent to you per email after registration.

   Example: Send your message on the phone number +420 773 528 528:
   Tip. Jane Foster (phone number) sells a house in Pilsen and rents a flat in Prague. Mrs. Johnson, ID 89.

4. Based on your recommendation – TIP – our broker concludes with the client the agreeement concerning mediation of sale or rent of property.
5. By realization of your tip, i.e. during sale or rent of tipped property, we send on your account 7–from 7 to 10 % of our commission (see the Remuneration system)

   Example: Your neighbour is moving, she sells her flat for 2.000.000 CZK. You give us TIP and after the realization we send to your account commission from 7.000 to 10.000 CZK.
   Example: Your friend got a property by inheritance and sells it for 5.000.000 CZK. You give us TIP and after the realization we send to your account commission from 17.500 to 25.000 CZK.

6. It is only up to you how many TIPS you give us. We have no rates and will not give you some tasks. You get your access codes (login and password) to our internal website with records of your activity in the ADOMUS estate system.
7. Provide a continuous gains on the real estate market for yourself. Recommend this system to your friends - they can register as well and the realized transactions based on their TIPS will mean money for you as well. We send to your account from 1 to 3 % of our commission (see the Remuneration system)

   Example: Your friend is registered and sends us TIP on his neighbour, who is moving and sells her flat for 2.000.000 CZK. After realization we send to your account inter-commission from 1.000 to 3.000 CZK. (see the Remuneration system)
   Example: Your relative is registered and sent us TIP on her friend, who got a property by inheritance and sells it for 5.000.000 CZK. After realization we send to your account (see the Remuneration system) inter-commission from 2.500 to 7.500 CZK.

8. CUSTOMER'S CARD
   Afer the FREE registration, you have a possibility to order the Customer's Card, which empowers you to exploit discounts and other advantages by the partner companies.
9. ARE YOU IN BUSINESS? HAVE YOUR OWN FIRM? ARE YOU SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON?
   Offer your services, goods or products to our tipsters by means of our Customer's Card. We offer not only advertisement on our www.adomus.cz websites but also the possibility to get on the new market of cooperating subjects.
10. Registration to our ADOMUS estate system is FREE.
